Document Jam (On the Hopper)
When a document jam occurs in the document feeding area, "J" and "0" display alternately.
When a document jam occurs, refer to "Document Jam" to remove the jammed document.
When the jam occurs frequently, clean the Pad / Pick rollers / Separator rollers /Brake roller and sensors.
