Invalid command

Retry scanning. If an invalid command is used, the same error message will display even though the scanning is retried.

Turn the scanner off, disconnect the interface cable and check for damage firmly reconnect it.

If the scanner does not return to its normal functioning state, contact the dealer where you purchased the scanner or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider and inform them of the error message number displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window.
