Imprinter malfunction

When an imprinter malfunction occurs, "A" and "a number (0 to 4) " will display alternately on the function number display panel of the scanner.
Check the print cartridge installation. Then reconnect the imprinter cable.
If the scanner does not return to its normal functioning state, please contact the dealer where you purchased the scanner or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider and inform the agent of the error message number displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window.
