Document jam (Imprinter)
[Target models: fi-6670(A)+fi-667PR]
When a document jam occurs in the imprinter, "J" and "1" will display alternately on the function number display panel of the scanner. Follow the instructions below.
- Remove any documents in the ADF paper chute.
- Open the print section.
- Open the ADF by pushing down on the ADF open button.
- Remove the jammed papers.
- Close the ADF.
- Close the print section and restart scanning.
If the scanner does not return to its normal functioning state, please contact the dealer where you purchased the scanner or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider and inform the agent of the error message number displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window.
