When the print section is not completely closed, "U" and "5" will display alternately on the function number display panel of the scanner. Please inspect if the print section is closed correctly.
If you can not confirm that the print section is closed, follow the steps below to confirm :
- Remove all documents from the ADF paper chute.
- Open the imprinter print section first. Then open the ADF by pressing down the ADF open button.
- Push forward the center of the ADF to close.
- Close the print section.
