No paper is loaded in the ADF paper chute

Please confirm if the document is set correctly in the ADF paper chute. If an error occurs even though the document has been set correctly, please check the following:

  1. Open and close the ADF, confirm the ADF is closed completely, and then reload the document sheets onto the ADF paper chute.
  2. Turn the scanner OFF and ON again and confirm if the problem has been solved.

If the problem remains, contact the dealer where you purchased the scanner or an authorized FUJITSU service provider.
