No paper is loaded on the Hopper

Confirm if the document is set correctly on the Hopper. If an error occurs even though the document has been set correctly, check the following:

  1. Open and close the ADF, then reload the document sheets onto the Hopper.
    • Press the the ADF Cover Open Button to open the ADF.
    • Hold the ADF Cover with both hands and press it down slowly.
    • Load the document on the Hopper.
  2. Turn the scanner OFF and ON again and confirm if the problem persists.

If the problem remains, contact the dealer where you purchased the scanner or an authorized FUJITSU service provider.
