Document jam (Dirty rollers)
When a document jam occurs due to the dirt on the rollers, "J" and "9" will display alternately on the function number display panel of the scanner.
Remove the documents from the ADF and clean the ADF rollers as follows.
- Remove all documents from the ADF paper chute.
- Open the ADF while pressing the ADF open button.
- Remove the jammed document from the ADF.
- Clean the ADF rollers.
- Close the ADF pushing the center part of the ADF carefully.
