Systemwalker Desktop Keeper prevents the leakage of electronic information from within the organization (through export of files, printing, etc.) by doing such things as recording the operations performed on computers where the risk of leakage exists. It also centrally manages the computer operation logs and file operation logs that are recorded and collected.

As a Green ICT measure to help reduce the burden on the environment, Systemwalker Desktop Keeper can limit printing from computers to reduce paper consumption. It also provides functionality to produce various ledgers that allow users to assess the status of compliance to security policies and to analyze security risks based on analysis of trends in computer operations.
