Fujitsu XBRL Tools download policy

Fujitsu announces that it has made changes to the Fujitsu XBRL Tools download policy.

You can download these tools that require a license key file. Fujitsu sends, after internal discussion, such a license file for each application to the e-mail address that you specify in the web application form.

We wish you have continued interest in Fujitsu XBRL Tools.

For XBRL Consortium members / academic users only:

The XBRL Tools introduced here are only for the XBRL Consortium members or academic users. These tools are different from what are included in the product Interstage XWand. The former is for the purpose of publicizing and promoting XBRL Standardization. The former may include early prototypes of the next version of the latter. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not use these tools for the purpose of fare-paying activities, even if they are of XBRL Consortium or of academic institutes.

Applications available from this page are tool programs which handle documents written in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language). Visit the XBRL International web site to get further information on XBRL. With these applications, users can create XBRL taxonomy graphically, create XBRL instance documents or validate their documents.

We provide these tools to: (a) XBRL consortium members as part of our XBRL standardization activity, and the use is limited for consortium activities of XBRL International or its jurisdictions and to use with non-business purpose; or (b) academic users such as professors or students in universities or in public research organizations. These tools have the expiration date for use. About full license agreement and its expiration date, please refer to the license of each tool.

When its license agreement is not fit for your use (for example, business use), please see the product Interstage XWand which bundles taxonomy/instance editing tools. For the contact of the product, please refer to Interstage Contact Information. About trademarks in this page, please refer to About trademarks.
