Rachel Botsman, Oxford University Said Business School
Rachel explored the fascinating and rapidly evolving relationship between digital technology and trust. Drawing on extensive research and stories from her new book “Who Can You Trust?”, she explained how the rules around how trust is built, managed, lost and repaired are rapidly changing the digital world. Rachel explored how we can be coaxed to take ‘trust leaps’ to try radically new business models and technologies, and discussed the behavioural and ethical implications of this new era of trust.
