The customer

The Muskogee Police Department (MPD) services over 40,000 residents covering 46 square miles. The ninety officers that make up the MPD strive to make Muskogee one of the safest cities in America by continually advancing strategies that prevent crime. Many of these initiatives demand the use of modern IT products and services.

The challenge

Officers are expected to protect citizens and businesses in the community, however they were spending much of their 10-hour shift completing reports back at the station. The Muskogee PD needed to provide officers with the technology to work more efficiently in the field and make each squad car a mobile office.

The solution
