Fujitsu Opens New Technology Centre in Barataria, Trinidad

Fujitsu Caribbean (Trinidad) Limited today announced that it has opened a new state-of-the-art technology centre to provide improved services and a full spectrum of IT Managed Services to satisfy todays sophisticated IT market. The center offers a full range of infrastructure services, from training through to building and testing enterprise solutions prior to deployment and ongoing management of enterprise systems and platform products from Fujitsu and its partners.

Fujitsu’s new technology centre bolsters the company's capabilities to respond to the needs of customers in the financial services, government and telco sectors. The centre is equipped with the latest technologies, performance benchmarking and IT solutions. Fujitsu customers can now also take advantage of the high availability and performance of the latest Fujitsu equipment.

Fujitsu heralded the launch of the Trinidad Data Centre with a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new technology centre in Barataria on September 9th, 2009. The ceremony was attended by key Ministers and Government officials; private sector business leaders and executives of Fujitsu Caribbean and Fujitsu America Inc.
