Evan Hemans

Evan HemansEvan is an IT Professional with 15+ years within the industry and a proven track record of experience in Service Delivery Management as well as the implementation and delivery of managed end-to-end IT services. He joined Fujitsu Caribbean in 2006 and held the positions of VP, Solutions and Services as well as VP, Managed Service Solutions where he was instrumental in the design and build-out of our core Service Management and IT Managed Services offerings. Prior to joining Fujitsu, he has held senior management positions at Cable and Wireless Jamaica Limited where he served in several leadership capacities, across Sales Operations, International and Domestic Service Management, Pre-sales Engineering and Business Analysis.

In his capacity as Executive Vice President, Core Services, Evan leads and directs the delivery of our Services and Solutions teams regionally whilst ensuring excellence and quality in the services we deliver to our customers throughout the Caribbean. He is responsible for driving the standardization and application of world class tools and processes to facilitate the development of common, optimum solutions that add tangible value to our customers and enable the growth of Fujitsu’s regional services business. Evan also leads Customer Services, Infrastructure Services, Solutions Architecture, Service Account Management and Project Management functions.

Evan possesses a wealth of experience in building customer relationships at a senior level, providing a broad range of skills developed during a diverse and successful career, as well as proven experience in managing Service Delivery Teams and delivering customer focused service.

Evan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a MBA in Marketing from the University of the West Indies.
