Experience
Western Australia Police Services: we provided applications outsourcing for development and maintenance services, plus value management and programme management services. The results were formal establishment of planned benefits for outcomes, targeted levels of performance and formal assignment of accountabilities.
Centrica – British Gas Trading: we formed a joint venture with ongoing application portfolio management, service desk and technical support. This has resulted in excellent service with reducing costs over time and the cost of support per application known.
