The off-shore Call Centre manages all the internal IT calls for our parent company Fujitsu Services UK, from our Rivonia South Africa office. We perform Remote desktop, Windows, hardware, MS Exchange, Networks, Anti-Virus, Personnel systems support – to all staff in United Kingdom, and is achieved using voice, fax, website, and email whilst conforming to extremely strict SLA’s.

The ISP Call Centre provides technical and accounting support for all the Branded internet services. Support includes - modem, website, domains, email, webmail, operating systems, drivers, anti-virus, dialup, ISDN, ADSL, personal computer, remote desktop support, email-to-fax, billing, password changes and account updates.
