Fujitsu, the world’s third largest IT company, has launched a 100GB 2,5-inch hard disk drive which supports the serial ATA interface that enables faster data transfer than a parallel ATA interface. Demand for hard drives with serial ATA support is expected to grow within the mobile PC hard drive market.
