  • Fujitsu developed First Direct’s internet banking solution and developed an infrastructure that enabled single sources of data, such as statement information, to be delivered by whatever channel the customer chose – internet, phone or traditional paper. We also developed the first fully functional SMS banking solution for First Direct, used by their customers to keep track of their money easily and cost effectively.
  • Fujitsu developed a new kiosk solution for Manchester Airport that not only ensured consistent delivery of the most up to date information, but also ensured the physical design of the kiosks was appropriate and practical in an airport environment for a very varied audience
