Partnerships
Collaboration is part of our culture – it is an approach that informs all our business relationships. We maintain long-term partnerships with industry leaders like Microsoft, Sun, CA and Oracle, for example, spanning decades of co-operation.
We work with best of breed hardware and software companies, and continually develop imaginative partnerships with other industry specialists, to ensure effective support for new business models. So, in a world where these new models are evolving by the hour, we have the skills, knowledge and instincts to assess and evaluate the options, and find the optimum solution mix for you.

At the same time, we provide that vital, single point of contact that means lower overheads for you, and protection from the complexities of the supply chain. It also means you can be confident that any issues that arise during implementations or operations will be properly - and promptly - resolved.
Quality standards and accreditations
Fujitsu operates a quality management system that is registered to the international standard EN ISO 9001 for design, development, production, installation and servicing. In South Africa we first achieved ISO 9000 registration in 1987.
In 1988 the group was the first to achieve this registration for all of UK operations (at that time to BS 5750) and, in 1999, registered all parts of the organisation throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa under a single global registration. The registration body is the British Standards Institution (BSI) and the registration reference is FS00445. In the UK, where relevant to the activity carried out, the above registration includes compliance to the TickIT Guide that relates to software development.
Fujitsu was the first IT Company in South Africa to be accredited to ISO 9001 standards in 1993 which it has consistently implemented since then.
