- Provide professional engineers for supervision
COMMISSIONING
- Verify customer network operation, performance and reliability

- Provide test procedure for each type of installed equipment. - Provide high accuracy test instruments from well-known makers. |
- Experience in trouble-shooting with numerous problem while connecting systems to the existing network.
MAINTAINING
- Perform periodical tests to measure system parameters and adjust if requirement.
- Schedule maintaining task for customer equipment.
DESIGNING
- R&D Center with CAD/CAM programs.
- Laboratory equipped with modern and high tech test instruments and facilities.
- Availability of designing and testing electronic components, sub-systems and equipment in accordance with national and international standards.
- Availability of development specific control as well as application programs in any programming languages (C++, VC++, VJ++, etc.) and operating environment (DOS, UNIX, WINDOWS, etc...).
TRAINING
- Training Center located in VFT factory equipped with full facilities for transmission training course

- Availability of white board and projector. - Availability of optical and radio equipment. - Availability of test instrument. |
- Specialist Constructor who are competent in training courses.

- Fluency in written and spoken both English and Vietnamese. - Understanding of system and sub-system designs, capability and properties. - Experience in conduct training courses. |
- Comprehensive course manuals, written in English and Vietnamese are available.
- Training courses duration and content will be conducted as customer's requirement.
- Training courses will be conducted in VFT training center or at customer's premises.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Expert assistances are assigned for customer support purpose.
- 24/24 hour support via telephone and fax.
- Advise customer in locating and trouble-shooting failure and malfunction during operation.
- Ongoing maintenance and support during system time life.
