EZ - Procure
EZ-PROCURE is the system that assists in the implementation, management, supervision and investigation of Sales activities. EZ-PROCURE’s main functions are to make quotation, to confirm the quotation, to place an order, to issue delivery report, to settle payment issues and to support post-sales services. The series of activities is carried out thoroughly from inputting data to launching results into reports.
Two major objectives of EZ-PROCURE: Be flexible to provide maximum support in your work, and be extremely easy to use. Both of these can be felt when you practice on the system.
EZ-PROCURE bases itself on Microsoft.NET technology, along with Client – Server architecture. The database server used Microsoft SQL Sever 2000. Your PC just needs application running on Microsoft Windows platform. This application was built according to the kernel- satellite architecture, in which the kernel loads the corresponding satellite modules to satisfy your requirements.
In terms of security, EZ-PROCURE facilitates itself with an access-control mechanism to each module of the system. Without permissions, you will neither be able to view, to add, nor to delete data. The access-rights can be managed easily by accompanying management system tools.
In terms of using, EZ-PROCURE maintains a united usage in all modules. This will facilitate quite a lot for you because if you know how to use one module, you will surely know using others. In addition, all of your input operations will be controlled and recorded by the system, it will notice you whenever any failure is made, or it will ask for your confirmation prior to any important actions. Another remarkable feature of EZ-PROCURE is its capability in searching, filtering, grouping, etc…which is acknowledged to be your great time-saver.
