Get Mach 4 Speed with Pentium® 4-M

In Conjunction with Intel's Launch, Fujitsu's First Ever P4 Notebook

Singapore, 5 March 2002 — Fujitsu is proud to be one of the first PC manufacturers to endorse the new Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor-M. Designed specifically to push the frontiers of speed and power, Fujitsu's all new LifeBook C2110, once again lives up to its claim of being one of the most powerful multimedia notebooks around.

Mobile Intel Pentium® 4 Processor-M
Fujitsu accompanies Intel in the launch of their newest processor, the Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor-M. This processor line features an industry-leading 0.13-micron manufacturing process that offers higher clock speeds and increased stability.

Double-Data-Rate Memory (DDR SDRAM)
Fujitsu chose to configure the LifeBook C2110 with nothing less than the latest DDR 266 SDRAM, which is more than two times faster than previous mobile memories. A faster version of standard memory, DDR SDRAM provides approximately 15% increase in performance over the conventional RAM currently in use.

Intel 845MP chipset
Superior design features enable the chipset to marry Pentium® 4 Processor-M architecture with SDRAM, thus providing a more cost-effective, mobile solution yet still leveraging on the power of P4-M. The increased processor-to-system speed results in a smoother and better user experience during streaming applications like audio and video.

Work Multimedia, Play Multimedia
The Fujitsu LifeBook C2110 is a perfect partner in today's fast-paced and technologically demanding work place. The development of this notebook clearly meets the mobile computing mantra of today: multimedia on-the-go for both work and play.

A blurring of the role of multimedia in the worlds of business and entertainment has created a great need for a laptop that is as powerful and multi-functional as a desktop - qualities amply embodied in the LifeBook C2110. Obtain the ability to change presentations, edit images or even videos with this notebook.

Transfer Multimedia
Specially designed to provide comprehensive multimedia capability, the LifeBook C2110 features a large 15-inch TFT screen and an impressive array of I/O interfaces - an IEEE 1394 FireWire port that supports data transfer of up to 400 Mbps, an SPDIF port, an S-video Out port and four USB ports. Users can download music to an MD player using the SPDIF port, or use the notebook as a VCD-player by connecting the S-Video Out port to their television sets. The notebook also possesses the ability to write / rewrite CDs and even play DVDs - all in one slim combination drive.
