BelAir200
The BelAir200 is a four-radio, wireless internetworking platform that can be used to build large-scale Wi-Fi networks from single, private buildings to carrier grade, city-wide wireless mesh networks.
Encased in a compact, environmentally hardened outdoor package, and available in multiple configurations, the BelAir200 is designed to be deployed outdoors to provide Wi-Fi coverage in nearby buildings or over large outdoor areas. It can be used as a standalone device, or as part of the patent-pending BelAir Networks multiple point-to-point wireless mesh.
The BelAir200 is the key building block of the BelAir Networks cellular LAN architecture.
As part of the complete BelAir Networks wireless networking solution, the BelAir200 allows network operators to quickly and easily build networks for public Internet access applications such as:
- Web surfing
- Instant messaging
- Corporate VPN access
It can also be used for closed and private wireless applications such as:
- Corporate VPNs
- Office file and print sharing
- Security and surveillance
- Operations messaging and tracking
- File sharing for police, health, fire, and other emergency response units
