Masao Teramoto

President and CEO

Mr. Masao Teramoto is the president and chief executive officer for Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, Fujitsu Transaction Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited, a leading provider of customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace.

Fujitsu Transaction Solutions collaborates with retailing companies to relentlessly reduce their costs and facilitate consumer interactions that improve their profitability.

Mr. Teramoto joined Fujitsu in 1976. Prior to assuming the CEO role, he most recently has served as Managing Director of Fujitsu’s American Operations Office in New York City. Previously, Teramoto was President of Fujitsu’s Americas and Europe Business Unit, Fujitsu. During his 30 year career at Fujitsu, he has held a variety of operations, marketing and executive positions with extensive experience and proven success in Europe and the U.S.

Mr. Teramoto holds a bachelor of engineering degree from the Kyoto University.
