Keith McNamara is senior vice president software operations for Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, Fujitsu Transaction Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited (TSE: 6702), a leading provider of customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace.

McNamara's responsibilities include developing strategies for Fujitsu's software solutions, funding and managing research and development and orchestrating the delivery of software solutions to customers in North America. He also manages the team of project managers, integration consultants and developers working on Fujitsu's software solutions.

In 1996, McNamara joined the retail systems division of ICL, a Fujitsu subsidiary headquartered in London, as marketing director. In 1997, he was named business development director for the company's London office and was promoted to client director of the European office in 1998. During these two years McNamara tripled profitability of the offer, increased employee satisfaction among the 100-plus employees under his management and created and managed new customer relationships. He transferred to Fujitsu's North American subsidiary in 2000.

Prior to joining ICL he served 10 years for NCR Corporation's Teradata and retail units. McNamara received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Ohio State University in 1985.
