- Medical Plans - We offer a Consumer Driven Health Plan (Lumenos).
- Dental Plan - We offer a Dental Preferred Provider plan.
- Vision Plan - We offer vision coverage.
- Flexible Spending Accounts - Employees may put pre-tax earnings in accounts to be used for dependent day care or out-of-pocket health care costs.
- Life Insurance - We provide life insurance to all of our employees. Employees may choose to increase coverage and even insure their dependents. Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage is also provided.
- Disability Insurance - We offer our employees insurance against loss of income due to a disability. This includes both short term and long term disabilities.

- Vacation - Vacation is accrued on a bi-weekly basis beginning on your start date. Employees accrue at a rate of two weeks per year to begin, and the amount increases with service.
- Holidays - We provide employees with 12 holidays per year (a combination of company designated and personal).
- Educational Assistance - We will pay 100% of allowable educational expenses up to $3,500 per year.
