Its latest series of Integer and Fractional-N dual PLLs (MB15F7xUL and MB15F8xUL respectively), are fabricated in 0.35 micron BiCMOS technology offering very low power consumption, ultra-fast frequency acquisition times and excellent spurious and phase noise performance.
