Fujitsu offers prototyping services including a shuttle, SiExpress™*, and Multi Layer Reticle (MLR). These services reduce NRE costs compared to conventional prototyping, which needs to generate a full set of reticles.

SiExpress™

SiExpress™ is a multi-project wafer service that enables customers to reduce costs by sharing a mask set and wafer.
Packaged samples are available on request.

MLR

MLR is a suitable solution for customers who require hundreds or thousands of engineering samples. NRE can be reduced by placing up to four layers of the same mask grade onto one reticle. We supply this solution for 90nm and 65nm technologies.

• A reticle set and whole wafers are for the exclusive use of one user.
• Unlike a conventional shuttle service, wafer shipping is available.
• Customers can tape out at any time.
