FUJITSU 91F364 Modul
The Fujitsu 91F364 modul supports the Fujitsu M91F364G microcontroller. This device has a host of on-chip peripheralsincluding UARTs, I²C and serial synchronous interfaces, in addition to the CAN interface, 16 bit reload timers, input-capture/outputcompare units and real time clock, as well as a 12- channel ADC and 8 external interrupts. This wealth of peripherals is supported by the Fujitsu 91F364 modul. All signals extend to standard-width (2.54 mm.) pin rows aligning two edges of the board. Additional DB9- connectors, a power connector and 5 LEDs allow use of the board without a development board. Particularly important is the DB9-serial connector which enables easy use of the new on-chip ‘background debug support unit’, which helps software development and debugging of the final application without the use of in-circuit emulator systems. This unit provides a number of instruction and data-breakpoints including mask and range-functionality. Together with the appropriate background software, this unit speeds up application development and offers the ability to debug in the final application. The second DB9- connector allows connecting the board to a CAN-bus.
