DESCRIPTION
Created in Fujitsu's 0.35µm CMOS process, the double CAN, MB91F369 Flash ROM is suited for all automotive or industrial applications
which require a fast CPU, CAN, Flash and optional graphic display features. The MB91F369G is a 160-pin package version of
the MB91360G family with 512kB Flash-ROM, 32kB RAM and external bus-interface. The on-chip features of the MB91F369G include
2 CAN Interfaces, 6 Timers, Sound-generator, 10 channel ADC, a number of serial interfaces and many more. Power down management
features include reset if the voltage drops below a defined threshold and over / under voltage detection interrupt. All new
members of the MB91360G-family are equipped with a new clock modulator unit, which drastically reduces the EME (electromagnetic
emission). This feature can bring remarkably advantages to your entire system since redesigns due to EMI-problems can be avoided.
The modulation of the internal operation clock reduces the noise by spreading the energy of the MCU over a wide frequency
range.
