DESCRIPTION
The Trumpet series is the most compact series of the F2MC*-8FX family with on chip LCD controller, capable to address 64 segments (16 seg x 4 com). Designed as a general purpose device, the MB95150 series offers a wide range of additional internal peripherals, including Programmable Pulse Generators, I/O Timers, A/D Converter, SIO and LIN-USART. The fast processing and low power consumption of the 8FX CPU core benefits wide application areas - appliances, consumer, industrial.
