MB95200 Family
New F2MC-8FX Low Pin Count MCU Series MB95200
The Low Pin Count MCU series is a new family member of Fujitsu’s F2MC-8FX 8bit microcontrollers suitable for small home appliances, electric tools, consumer health care products and aftermarket car accessories.
Special application peripheral features like motor control, USB, I2C are planned to be added in the second generation of this family of devices. Hence, this new MCU series will set a new standard by having combination of feature sets, low cost, ease of use, quality, and security in small pin count 8-bit device offerings available in the market.

- External clock (32.768 kHz), optional main and sub clock resource
- External interrupt with Edge Detector Interrupt (optional rising edge, falling edge, and double edges)

- Online debug
- Hardware/software watchdog
- Reset circuit for low-voltage detector
- Clock-controlled counter
- Programmable port input voltage level
- CMOS input level/hysteresis input level
- Flash storage safety function
