MB89910 Series
VFD Driver, Low Voltage Detection Circuit
DESCRIPTION
MB89910A series is a line of single-chip microcontrollers using the F²MC-8L(F²MC stands for FUJITSU Flexible Microcontroller)
CPU core. The microcontrollers contain a variety of peripheral functions such as 5 stage operating speed controller, VFD driver,
A/D converter, Serial interface, buzzer, watch prescaler, a low voltage detection circuit and external interrupts.
FEATURES
- Minimum execution time: 0.5µs at 8 MHz
- F²MC-8L family CPU core
- Instruction set optimized for controllers

- Multiplication and division instructions
- 16-bit arithmetic operations
- Test and branch instructions
- Bit manipulation instructions, etc.
- High Voltage Ports (built-in a pull down resistor capable)

- 8 ports for large current
- 10 ports for small current
- Three types of timers

- 8-bit PWM timer
- 16-bit timer/counter
- 21-bit time-base timer
- Serial interface

- 8-bit synchronous serial interface (Switchable transfer direction allows communication with various equipment.)
- External interrupt: 2 channels: Capable of wake-up from low-power consumption modes (with an edge detection function)
- Low-power consumption modes

- Stop mode (Oscillation stops to minimize the current consumption.)
- Sleep mode (The CPU stops to reduce the current consumption to approx. 1/3 of normal.)
