The City of Edmonton Adopts New Value Management Decision Making Tool – Interested in understanding how to achieve the maximum value from its technology-related strategic initiatives, the City of Edmonton partnered with Fujitsu to implement EVM into all of its governance processes. Fujitsu Consulting provided coaching, supplemental resourcing and support to the City’s transition to self-sufficiency in managing for Enterprise Value.
Fujitsu Consulting streamlines Quebec Revenue Department's IT and business-transformation work – Fujitsu Consulting successfully designed a development environment to promote consistency and standardization for IT and business transformation units at the Quebec Revenue Department, which administers tax collection and distribution. Fujitsu managed the bulk of business transformation sub-projects based on its award-winning Macroscope® methodology. Microsoft also provided a .NET implementation team to facilitate the smooth and problem-free transition to the new system.
Fujitsu Consulting assists Alberta Government in converting paper-based Petroleum Registry into sophisticated online portal – Fujitsu Consulting collaborated with numerous vendor partners to deliver and integrate the technology that now drives the Alberta Government's Petroleum Registry, an Internet-based central repository that connects than 1,200 oil and gas companies, midstream operators, pipeline companies and royalty holders. Microsoft provided most of the software, including .NET Enterprise Servers and BizTalk Server 2000. The Registry data's procedures and workflow notification led Fujitsu to propose a middleware/transaction solution that supported both workflow and middleware requirements.
