1. Purchase select Fujitsu scanners that are eligible for the Trade-In Program between 4/1/08 - 6/30/08:
fi-5530C2, fi-6000NS, fi-5650C series, fi-5750C series, fi-4860C2 or fi-5900C scanner

2. Complete the Trade-In Form and include a copy of your invoice showing the Fujitsu scanner purchased and, if applicable, the service purchased within the last 30 days.

3. Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. will contact you regarding your trade-in request, RMA confirmation, and to schedule a pickup within a week to the designated site.

4. Once the trade-in scanner(s) is verified in "good working condition", approval commences with payment reconciliation from The Express Group.
