ScanSnap Driver Information

The Fujitsu ScanSnap document scanner does not use a TWAIN driver. Instead, ScanSnap comes bundled with an interface application called ScanSnap Manager that provides ScanSnap with its easy One-Touch functionality and powerful image correction capabilities FAQ.

If you require the application driver that came on the original CD with your ScanSnap scanner for Windows Operating System (OS) please follow these instructions. Email requests will be processed between 8AM and 5PM PST Monday thru Friday.

• Please email your request to "fcpasupport@fcpa.fujitsu.com".
• Put in the subject: "CD request"
• In the email, state the model, serial number and part number off the back of the scanner and write the reason for the request.
• If you want a CD replacement, please include your name and mailing information.
• For S300 ScanSnap Owners, please include your invoice for the scanner attached to the email.
• If you do not send all of this information with your first request, it will delay the process. You will instead get a return email requesting the missing information.
• Please understand, due to licensing agreements we can only provide software to the owners of products purchased in the USA. All other requests will be denied.
