With Rack2-Filer's built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engine, content can be made searchable by word, phrase or number. Even the "sticky notes" and "binder titles" can be searched.

The Rack2-Filer Library, Cabinet and Binder Concept
Rack2-Filer is capable of digitally archiving the equivalent of 2,520,000 digital pages in up to 2,520 e-binders. (A maximum of 1,000 pages can be placed into each ebinder).
Importing Data
Use a ScanSnap or TWAIN compliant scanner to scan documents into binders.

Switching the Cabinet Display Mode
The cabinets can be displayed in a 1-Shelf or 3-Shelf view.
Zooming on a selected area
Allows users to enlarge a specific area.
Editing Data
Attaching sticky notes to filed pages
Sticky notes can be attached as reminders or as a small bookmark to the edge of a page.
Embedding hyperlinks in filed pages
Hyperlinks can be embedded in a selected page location.
Adding Divider Sheets
Divider sheets can be used to separate filed pages when a binder has been opened to show two pages.
Affixing stamps to filed pages
Stamps can be attached to filed pages.
Rack2-Work Area
Separate, delete, rearrange and bring together pages on the virtual desk.
- Merge
Single pages can be merged into a "stack".
- Split All
Pages that have been "merged" together can be shown separately.
