Fujitsu/Industry Analysts Foresee Strong Momentum For Document Imaging Market Headed Into 2007

Sunnyvale, CA, December 13, 2006 – Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a market leader in document imaging scanners and services, today announced that the company recorded its strongest half in terms of total document imaging units shipped in the company’s storied history. In the first half of its fiscal year 2006, April 1, 2006 to Sept. 30, 2006, the company’s document imaging scanner shipments increased 19 percent over the same period in 2005. The 1H06 shipment numbers broke last year’s record numbers.
