These new models are improvements on the previous models, the fi-4120C2 & fi-4220C2, with many new features including faster speeds, improved paper handling, improved hard card scanning, and ultrasonic double feed detection. Departmental Scanning: Up to 3,000-6,000 Pages Daily

Departmental Scanning is approximately 3,000 to 6,000 documents per day, based on an 8-hour work day including document preparation and assembly. These two models are revisions to their predecessors, the fi-4530C and the previous fi-4340C, with new features including faster speeds, improved paper handling, and also a dual USB and SCSI interface for the fi-4340C. They are ideal for a mid-range scanning application, and provide the option of utilizing a flatbed or not. Because of the straight-through paper path of these scanners, they can also scan documents such as insurance cards and drivers licenses. Also with the flatbed, the fi-4340C offers the option to capture those tough documents that may not feed through the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) only model scanners.

The fi-6770 is unique in that the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) can swivel up to 180 Degrees, for both left and right-oriented document scanning.

A feature available on both the fi-6670 and fi-6770 is long-paper handling of up to 200 Meters in length.
