Since ScanSnap automatically recognizes and eliminates blank pages, each scanning job progresses smoothly, even when scanning
combinations of one-sided and two-sided documents.
Simple installation and operation in a compact design
Easily install the ScanSnap via its Hi-speed USB 2.0 interface. Furthermore, the small footprint of the scanner is ideal for
even the most crowded of desktops.
Data reduction with automatic color detection
ScanSnap automatically separates color documents from black and white ones and saves this information in highly compressed
files, thus saving storage space.
Automatic de-skew, image rotation and paper size detection
ScanSnap automatically straightens and aligns text and images into their correct orientation and also automatically detects
the following paper sizes (A4, B5, A5, B6, A6, Business Card, Legal and Letter). Plus, for added versatility users can now
scan up to A3 sized documents with the included carrier sheet.
Easily arrange and view thumbnails with a mouse
The bundled "ScanSnap Organizer" displays scanned PDF files as thumbnails. ScanSnap users can view any image in a particular
file, without opening it up, just by clicking the thumbnail's directional arrows. Furthermore, PDF files can be easily rearranged
just by "dragging and dropping" selected images with a mouse.
