Fujitsu, Myricom and Microsoft have come together to deliver a world class High Performance Computing (HPC) solution. This paper details the path to installing a Fujitsu HPC solution for a maximum of 254 nodes. The solution includes Fujitsu servers and 10Gb Ethernet switches, Myricom cards and drivers, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 x64, Active Directory and Microsoft’s Compute Cluster Solution (CCS). Once completed, the cluster will be ready to deploy applications.
