Children's Discovery Museum Appoints Fujitsu President and CEO Yoshi Masuda to Board of Directors

Sunnyvale, CA, October 10, 2006 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., one of the world’s leading suppliers of innovative computer products including hard disk drives, peripherals and biometric security solutions, today announced that Yoshi Masuda has been elected to the Children’s Discovery Museum (CDM) board of directors. Since 1990, CDM has served the needs of children, families and schools as a center for learning and discovery in the greater San Jose area.

"Yoshi is a proud father and is passionate about youth services. Yoshi has more than 25 years of managerial experience at Fujitsu where he has undertaken key responsibilities at Fujitsu headquarters in Japan, Canada and Australia. Named President and CEO of Fujitsu Computer Products of America in 2004, he currently oversees the strategic direction and management of all company functions, including sales, marketing, research, support, logistics, product development, finance and administration. With his extensive business experience and leadership skills, Yoshi will help the Children’s Discovery Museum better serve its local, national and international visitors. During his three-year board position, Yoshi will meet with the group bimonthly in San Jose and once during an annual retreat.
