Fujitsu Receives Tech Data Corporation's First Annual "Difference in Distribution" Award
Document Imaging Solutions Company Recognized as Tech Data's SBU Vendor of the Year for Excellence in Active Training and Support
Sunnyvale, CA, October 18, 2005 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a market leader in document imaging scanners and services, today announced that it received one of Tech Data Corporation's first "Difference in Distribution" awards at the IT products distributor's annual Vendor Summit event in Orlando on Oct. 5-6. Fujitsu, along with six other Tech Data vendor partners, received the "Difference in Distribution" awards for their dedication to excellence in channel sales and marketing.
Tech Data's "Difference in Distribution" award recognized Fujitsu as the Specialized Business Unit (SBU) Vendor of the Year for its superb support of Tech Data's Document Imaging SBU. Additionally, Fujitsu was acknowledged for its active role in educating and training Tech Data's sales organization, imaging solution providers and the Document Imaging SBU about Fujitsu industry leading document imaging solutions and services.
