Fujitsu Director Pamela Doyle Appointed Chair of AIIM Association Advisory Trade Member Board
Doyle Elected Based on her Proven Ability to Promote the AIIM Agenda and Advance Enterprise Content Management Industry Awareness
San Jose, CA, May 10, 2005 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a market leader in document imaging scanners and services, today announced that Pamela Doyle, director, Imaging Products Group was elected for a two year term as Chair of the Association for Image and Information Management (AIIM) North American Advisory Trade Member (ATM) Board. In her new role, Doyle will institute and oversee programs to increase awareness of enterprise content management (ECM) technologies, strengthen relationships between vendors and end-users, and promote AIIM policies and programs. As the ATM Chair, Doyle will also have a seat on the AIIM Board of Directors.
Doyle was elected to the post by representatives from the thirty companies that constitute the AIIM ATM. Her qualifications include more than 18 years of document management industry experience and proven leadership fostering industry relationships. In Doyle’s current position as the Fujitsu imaging spokesperson, she frequently shares her imaging experience at numerous events including global conferences such as AIIM ON DEMAND. She serves as chairperson for both CDIA of CompTIA and the TWAIN Working Group, has achieved credentials in CompTIA's CDIA+ program, and is recognized as a member of AIIM's Master in Information Technologies (MIT) initiative.
The AIIM ATM Board is comprised of industry leaders who participate in, and contribute to, the long-term direction of the ECM market and are devoted to the creation of content management technologies. Doyle will be formally inducted at the AIIM ON DEMAND Conference, which will be held May 17-19, 2005 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Doyle is the second Chair of the North American ATM, replacing Chris Ryan, vice president of marketing, Stellent. During Ryan’s tenure as ATM Chairman he facilitated rapid program growth, a legacy Doyle looks forward to sustaining.
