Fujitsu to Demonstrate SATA and SAS Applications at Storage Networking World Spring 2005 Conference

San Jose, CA, April 6, 2005 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., one of the world’s leading suppliers of hard disk drives and computer peripherals, today announced that it will showcase its leading 2.5" Serial ATA (SATA) and small form factor (SFF) Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) hard disk drives inside market-ready storage systems at Storage Networking World 2005 on April 12-15 in Phoenix, AZ.

At the event Fujitsu will demonstrate the capabilities of several enterprise storage systems utilizing the latest Fujitsu 2.5" SATA and SFF SAS hard disk. Working together, Fujitsu and its partners have tested and built market-ready systems that utilize minimal cabling, contain smaller connection points, and enlist the latest in serial connectivity.
