Fujitsu Imaging Products Group Names Amherst Technologies 2004 Fastest Growing "Newcomer" Service Star Alliance Reseller of the Year

San Jose, CA, April 4, 2005 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a market leader in document imaging scanners and services, today announced that Amherst Technologies was named its Fastest Growing "Newcomer" Service Star Alliance Reseller of the Year for 2004. The Fujitsu annual Channel Awards recognize top-performing resellers, distributors and integrators, specifically acknowledging companies who exemplify a true commitment to innovation that results in the highest sales and world-class business performance.

Amherst Technologies, a leading IT solution and services provider, received the first-ever Fastest Growing "Newcomer" Service Star Alliance Reseller of the Year award for outstanding services sales growth performance by a solution provider. Amherst was presented with the award during a private ceremony at the third annual One Capture Alliance Partner Conference, held February 8-10 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Fujitsu Service Star Alliance is a service reseller loyalty program launched in 2003. The tiered channel incentive program is dedicated to rewarding and recognizing Fujitsu service resellers for growth and performance achievements.
