Fujitsu to Showcase Hard Disk Drive Storage Capabilities at Intel Solutions Summit 2005

San Jose, CA, March 14, 2005 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., one of the world's leading suppliers of hard disk drives and computer peripherals, today announced it will participate in the 2005 Intel Solutions Summit (ISS). The company will display several hard disk drive products in the Intel Solutions Showcase, including the recently delivered Fujitsu MAV2036RC 36GB and MAV2073RC 73GB small form factor (SFF) Serial Attached-SCSI (SAS) hard disk drives.

In addition to the SFF SAS hard disk drives, Fujitsu will highlight the capabilities of other leading Serial hard disk drive technologies including the Fujitsu MHT2080BH, the industry’s only 2.5" Serial ATA (SATA) hard disk drive. The company will also showcase a variety of 2.5" SAS and SATA enclosures, all of which feature technology jointly developed between Fujitsu and its partners.

The Intel Solutions Summit is an annual event designed to recognize Intel Premium Provider partners. At the event attendees have the opportunity to get a technology sneak preview, interface with top Intel executives and partners, discover new business opportunities and preview Intel’s product roadmap for the year ahead.
