Fujitsu Imaging Products Group Names Tech Data U.S. 2004 Distributor and Fastest Growing Distributor of the Year

Las Vegas, NV, February 8, 2005 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a market leader in document imaging scanners and services, today announced that Tech Data Corporation was named its Distributor and Fastest Growing Distributor of the Year for 2004. The Fujitsu annual Channel Awards recognize top-performing resellers, distributors and integrators, specifically acknowledging companies who exemplify a true commitment to innovation that results in the highest sales and world-class business performance.

Tech Data, a leading global provider of IT products and logistics management services, has received the prestigious Distributor of the Year award from Fujitsu for the fifth year in a row for best scanner sales performance in the United States. Tech Data also took home the Fastest Growing Distributor of the Year award for achieving the best year-over-year scanner sales performance in the country. Tech Data was presented with the awards during a private ceremony at the third annual One Capture Alliance Partner Conference, held February 8-10 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
