Fujitsu Vice President of Engineering to Speak at Denali MemCon 2004

Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., one of the world's leading suppliers of hard disk drives and computer peripherals, today announced that Mike Chenery, vice president, Advanced Product Engineering will participate in a panel discussion at the Denali MemCon Conference entitled, Consumer Electronics: Driving A New Semiconductor Era. The panel will be moderated by Charles DiLisio, President and Senior Advisor for D-Side Advisors, a company that advises semiconductor companies seeking dominant position and market-leading profitability.
Mr. Chenery is currently responsible for the future hard disk drive architecture and development of firmware and hardware products at Fujitsu. He will call on his 27 years of experience in the hard disk drive and storage industries to address how, at the hard disk drive level, semiconductors will evolve in the coming years to support consumer applications
Denali MemCon is the premier industry event for leading-edge trends in the business and technology of semiconductor memory. This year's San Jose conference adds two new tracks addressing design and verification issues for consumer electronics and serial interfaces, including PCI Express, USB 2.0, and SATA II.
