Fujitsu's Imaging Products Group Names EDAC Systems 2003 Government Reseller of the Year and Service Star Alliance Reseller of the Year

New York, NY, March 09, 2004 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. (FCPA), a market leader in document imaging scanners and services, today announced that EDAC Systems, Inc. was named Government Reseller of the Year and Service Star Alliance Reseller of the Year for 2003 by Fujitsu's Imaging Products Group (IPG). Fujitsu's annual Channel Awards recognize top-performing resellers, distributors and integrators, specifically acknowledging companies who exemplify a true commitment to innovation that results in the highest sales and world-class business performance.

EDAC Systems, a full-service value added reseller and integrated solution provider offering a complete line of document imaging and document management hardware and software, was presented with the awards during a private ceremony at the AIIM 2004 Exposition and Conference, held March 8-10 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City.  

EDAC received the prestigious Government of the Year award for achieving the highest government industry scanner sales performance in the United States, and the Service Star Alliance Reseller of the Year award for attaining the greatest services sales performance in 2003 for the same region. This is the second year in a row for EDAC to earn the government sales award for scanners and the first year to be recognized for performance on the service side of the business.
